The shopping process on this site is completely secure and follows along these steps.

Note: All prices are displayed on our site including VAT @17.5% . Some customers out side the EU may not be liable for this though and they should select the appropriate tax option at the checkout.

1. You browse our site and add the item you wish to order to your basket.

2. When you are finished you go to the checkout.

3. At the checkout you specify the delivery and tax options. It is important that you specify your location as the delivery cost and tax is calculated by the site based on the options you select.

4. Once you have selected the delivery and tax options the site works out the total cost of you order.

5. If you are happy with your order and your delivery and tax options click in the "I accept these terms and conditions" box then click "next". You are not yet committed to buying anything yet.

6. Your are then taken to our order form where you give your details such as name and address. We will not give these details to anyone else. Once you have completed this stage our site send us an e-mail with your order details and sends you a confirmation e-mail.

8. Once you have completed our order form you will be transferred to our on-line banking partner WorldPAY for the actual financial part of the transaction. Here you will enter your credit card details which will be encrypted and sent to WorldPAY for verification. You should see a padlock icon in the bottom right of your browser in the locked position to indicate that you have a secure connection.

We NEVER see you actual credit card number neither will anyone else as the number is sent encrypted and cannot be intercepted. This process is much safer than giving your credit card details to a restaurant or shop.

9. If your credit card payment is authorised by WorldPAY, they send us a confirmation e-mail to us and we will then deliver your goods. You will also get an e-mail confirmation invoice from WorldPAY. 

10. You have now bought and paid for you goods.
